Frequently asked questions

Everything about signing up, paying, and playing.

How do I join a game?

Add funds to your account, then sign up for any open game from the Games list or the Calendar. We charge the game fee from your balance only when you claim a spot.

What does a game cost?

Each game shows its own fee (typically $12–$15). The fee covers your spot for that single game — there's no season commitment.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. On the game page you can add up to 2 guests. Each guest takes a spot and is charged to your balance at the same per-game fee.

What happens if a game is full?

You can join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is added automatically and charged only then.

How do refunds work?

Cancel at least 12 hours before tip-off for a full refund to your balance. Within 12 hours the fee is non-refundable, but your spot opens up for someone else.

What do the skill levels mean?

Recreational is casual and beginner-friendly, Intermediate is solid pick-up runs, and Competitive is high-pace, experienced play. Pick the level that fits you.

Who can play — age and gender?

All genders are welcome at every game. Players must be 18 or older.

What should I wear?

Teams play darks vs. whites, so bring both a dark and a light shirt — a reversible jersey is recommended. We keep a few loaner shirts on hand, but don't count on one being available.
